Hours: Our regular customer service hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern  Standard Time, Monday through Friday. If you get the voice mail system when calling, please give us a number where you can be reached during business hours.  You may also use the feedback form to place an order, or if you need any further assistance.

Sending Packages:

All packages containing emblems should be carefully packed in boxes with adequate padding.  Padded envelopes are not recommended.  Packages can be sent to our P.O. Box for U.S. Mail.  UPS and other carriers will require a street address.  Please contact us and we will give you the address for all non-US Mail deliveries.  We do not keep an open shop and that is why we do not publish our street address.
